BOOT CAMPS
Boot Camps are not going to go out of style anytime soon for a good reason: these workouts, inspired by the military, burn calories. Whether you are looking for strength, power, endurance or HIIT (high intensity interval training), the workouts vary to meet those goals.
Boot Camp is just what you're looking for if you like high energy, physically demanding and results-driven workouts! You will be pushed to get stronger, more toned, lean and fit while losing body fat and increasing muscle mass.
Boot Camp is based on the fundamentals of training: Strength, Explosive Power, Stamina, Agility, Flexibility. They tend to be more intense than many fitness classes and way more fun than traditional gym workouts.

PERSONAL TRAINING
If you are looking for real results from your exercise program, then knowing what to do, knowing how to do exercises properly and knowing how hard to push yourself can be difficult on your own.
As your personal trainer, I believe the key to your success is focusing on your needs and abilities and designing an exercise program to help you achieve your dreams. In addition to 50-minute training sessions I also offer 30-minute personal training sessions. This helps you if you are just beginning and severely out of shape or time-crunched and trying to squeeze in a great workout.
30-minute workouts are also great if you want to get a jump-start on your fitness and combine the benefits of working with a trainer with doing some “extra” work on your own.
Personal training at Mary's Fitness is available in one-on-one sessions, partner sessions, (great for extra accountability!), or team (3-4 individuals) sessions.
Benefits of personal training include:
-
Individualized education for injury prevention, form, and more
-
Motivation and accountability
-
Custom, personalized plan to meet your specific goals
-

-
Deep connection to specific goals
-

Benefits beyond improved fitness: stress relief, improved mental well-being.
