Fitness Boot Camp

Boot Camps are not going to go out of style anytime soon for a good reason: these workouts, inspired by the military, burn calories. Whether you are looking for strength, power, endurance or HIIT (high intensity interval training), the workouts vary to meet those goals.

Boot Camp is just what you're looking for if you like high energy, physically demanding and results driven workouts! As your personal trainer I will push you to get stronger, more toned, lean and fit while losing body fat and increasing muscle mass.

Boot Camp is based on the fundamentals of training: Strength, Explosive Power, Stamina, Agility, Flexibility. They tend to be more intense than many fitness classes and way more fun than traditional gym workouts.

M-W-F 6am or M-W-F  12:15pm
$130 per month or $20 drop-in fee
Boot Camps are on going and limited to 12 people per camp.
