Many women believe the only way to lose weight is to do aerobic exercise. However if you're not adding weight training to your routine then you are missing a critical component to weight loss.

A new study published in Obesity states "Strength training is better at helping people lose belly fat compared with cardio. While aerobic exercise burns both fat and muscle, weight lifting burns almost exclusively fat."

These focused workouts will help you burn calories, lose fat, increase muscle mass and increase bone mass density. This class teaches proper lifting techniques, unique workouts, some circuit training and some bootcamp style classes.

I provide creative safe workouts to achieve great results. Exercises emphasize strength, power, balance, agility and core strengthening.
